- Healthy Hair Grows Faster
Hair usually grows about quarter of an inch a month, half an inch if you’re super lucky and that’s only if the hair is in really good condition. The key is to get regular trims, every six to eight weeks to prevent breakage and split ends. While cutting your hair obviously won’t make it grow any faster, it will help keep it strong and looking healthy. If split ends get a bit out of control, you might end up having to cut more hair off in the long run.
