This treatment came around at a perfect time for me as I’d just been on holidays and my hair was dry from the sun and general day to day styling. The lovely Elaine was looking after me and she explained she’d be using the Bain Fluidealiste range from Kérastase Discipline. It’s a three phase treatment and takes just over an hour or so. First off my hair was washed twice with Bain Fluidealiste and rinsed thorougly, then towel dried. Then Elaine applied Soin No1 into sections of my hair and blow dried my hair before sealing it with a flat iron. Then it was back to the basin (I loved this part because I was put in a massage chair which was heaven because I’d had a tough TRX class the night before!) for a rinse and Soin No2 was applied and rinsed. Then my hair was towel dried again and it was back under the hair dryer for some final styling. Elaine sprayed some Spray Fluidissime into sections of my hair for added heat protection and then dried it with some body for me (I was earlier complaining my hair just ‘sits there’!). The result? My hair was super soft and looked really healthy (the professional blow-dry obviously helped). The treatment lasts up to 10 washes and decreases drying time and reduces frizz.
