American Apparel – The BUSH is back!

Apparently. How do we feel? Okay, I’m pretty sure this American Apparel mannequin is a slightly extreme depiction of female hair growth in the nether regions but at least we’re talking about it! The notion that a bald as an eagle ‘ta-ta’/’woo-hoo/insert appropriate name here, is so closely linked to female sexuality, even hygiene, is a bit messed up. Since when did it become obligatory to appear like a pre-pubescent girl in order to tick the ‘sexy’ box? Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for trimming the bushes and on more than one occasion have subjected myself to a Hollywood but what you do down there should be your own business and a choice. A personal choice, not an expectation…
