Actress Teresa Palmer on brand new movie Point Break

And why she loves playing empowering women…

Heading to the cinema this weekend? Point Break will be hitting our screens on Friday and we’re really looking forward to seeing it. The quick summary? An FBI agent infiltrates a  gang of surfers who are suspected of masterminding a string of corporate heists. Sounds like it has just the right amount of drama, excitement and some hot surfer dudes. We don’t ask for much!

It might sound familiar and you wouldn’t be wrong. It’s a take on the 1991 Point Break with Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves.

Just in time for the movie’s release on 5 February, Aussie actress Teresa Palmer tells us why she loves her character, Samsara, and what we can expect from her fellow actors – Edgar Ramirez and Luke Bracey.
