Having trouble sleeping?
The solution could be easier than you realised and small changes such as diet and winding down in the evening could have a huge impact on how you feel in the morning. You’re no good the next day if you don’t feel rested from the night before, so make sleep a priority and follow these simple steps!

Sleep Schedule
Like everything else that you need to keep track of, your sleep is no different and the best way to make sure you get your eight hours each night is to schedule it in! It may sound a bit odd, but going to bed at night and getting up at the same time each morning can help keep your body clock under control. Sticking to a sleep cycle (even on weekends), will not only help you fall asleep, but it will improve your quality of sleep which is the most important thing. An hour or two either way can leave you feeling worse for wear, so consistency is the thing to remember.
