Just try this simple trick
We all know we're supposed to be drinking eight glasses of water a day, but really, who ever manages it? But we really should. Drinking water helps with literally every function in your body, prevents fatigue, curbs your appetite, relieves headaches and improves your skin. Not to mention it's FREE!
But how can you tell if you're dehydrated?
It's pretty simple actually. Just pinch the back of your hand for a few seconds and if the skin doesn't immediately snap back into place you're probably dehydrated. This trick relies on 'skin turgor', which basically refers to how elastic it is. Skin with normal turgor levels should be able to snap back pretty quickly.
Hate drinking water?
There's a few things you can do if you hate drinking water.
Try cutting up fresh fruit and adding it to give it a subtle flavour, (we love lime and mint) or diluting herbal teas for different flavour combos.
