Saturdays are made even better when there's whiskey involved...

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? We got you. The good aul folk over at Roe & Co are throwing one of the coolest events Dublin has seen. The Irish whiskey brand have been running a series of creative workshops this year and their next event is happening on Dec 8.

The first workshop took place back in April and take it from us, you do not want to miss it. Next Saturday's event takes place in one of Ireland's oldest ever steel structure, Dollard Printing House on Wellington Quay. The afternoon features three creative workshops:

Cocktail Masterclass

Brand ambassador; Alan Mulvihill will host a unique cocktail masterclass which will focus on reinventing the ordinary. You'll be taken on a step-by-step journey to create two tasty Roe & Co cocktails.

The Art Of The Portrait

Wet plate photography is the art of developing photographs onto sheets of metal. Sounds cool, right? Alex Sapienza is a wet plate photographer and during this workshop, he will teach you the tricks of his trade.

Copper Etching Live Demo

Helen O'Higgins is an artist and printmaker who specialises in copper etching. During her class, she will demonstrate the artform. You then get a chance to throw your hand at the etching and printing process on copper paper.

Not sold yet? There'll also be wood-fired pizzas served from Roberta's Restaurant and with it being a whiskey event, there'll, of course, be plenty of cocktails going around. Sold.

Want to attend? Well we here in U HQ have two tickets to give away! All you have to do is head on over to Facebook and comment with who you'd bring along and why. Good luck!
