t̶h̶a̶n̶k̶ ̶u̶,̶ ̶n̶e̶x̶t̶ save your breath
So you may remember way back in the summer of 2018, news broke that Una Healy and her husband of six years, Ben Holden had split. It later came to light that reason behind the breakup was because the rugby player cheated on Una with a PR agent.
Well, now it's Una who is having the last laugh as she's taking a leaf out of Ariana Grande's book as she's set to drop a breakup anthem.
Granted, she took a little longer than Ariana to drop a breakup anthem but let's not forget that Ariana actually recorded three separate versions of Thank U, Next just in case she did marry Pete Davidson.
In her new track, Una is singing about lies, broken promises and breaking up which fans believe is referring to her ex.
According to The Sun, the lyrics to Una Healy's new single, Stranger go:
You made me feel like I was going crazy, believing all those lies that you fed me.
Every word you said to me was empty,
Broken every promise that you made me,
No - we can't save this,
Did I ever really get to know you?
Did you really care for me like you're supposed to?
So save your breath,
There's nothing left worth keeping anyway,
We are so much better off,
To go our separate ways.
The former The Saturdays member announced that she was releasing new music on Instagram by posting what appears to be the single's cover art with the caption:
"#Strangers 15.03.19 #newmusic"
This will be the first time she's released new music since last year. The single drops tomorrow, March 15 and we suspect we'll be having this on repeat for the next coming weeks.
