Our favourite Irish style queens tell us what their AW wardrobe staples are.
The season has well and truly changed and while we have about 90 per cent of our AW wardrobes bought, we can't help but feel like there's something missing. So to get rid of that yearning, we asked some of the most fashionable ladies in Ireland: what should we be buying for this season?
Sinead O'Brien aka Sinead's Curvy Style
“A camel coat is a must-have autumn/winter wardrobe staple it can be dressed up by simply adding a faux fur collar or dressed down with flats and skinny jeans.”
"My go-to is always a great pair of over the knee boots, I have a grey pair from Stuart Weitzman that are super flattering - they add a bit of height and drama to any look, plus you don’t need to worry about tanning/shaving your legs as much, which is always an added bonus in Winter"
Emer Rutherford aka Penneys To Prada
"At the moment I'm actually stocking up on good quality denim, especially since Mom/Straight jeans are still very popular. Topshop does the best denim in my opinion so I picked up this pair the other day and they'll go with pretty much my entire winter wardrobe."
Niamh Webb O'Rourke
"Jadon Dr Martens! My winter staple boot - perfect for whatever weather we will face this season & along with edging up any outfit! I am OBSESSED!!!"
Lorna Duffy aka FashionBoss.ie
"My AW18 staple has to be a statement party dress - I can't get enough of blazer dresses this season. The brighter the better and I love the style and overall look of this Nasty Gal number. Add a box clutch and strap sandals and you're ready to hit the tiles. The ultimate party outfit!"
"I am currently obsessed with anything neon and if its knitwear even better. I love this gorgeous bright pink cosy roll neck from Zara. I will definitely stop traffic in these."
